E-Mail Marketing and New Business Development

Our new business development service named E-Catalysts was pioneered back in 2003 and has been successfully running on both sides of the Atlantic since then. It is a blend of very clever technology fused with some very clever people. Because our clients have similar but different needs and because they also have differing depths of pockets we have devised a table of services which they can choose from.

Our bold statement is:-

  • That people don’t like being sold to.
  • They don’t like cold callers.
  • They don’t read unsolicited mail.
  • They hate spam.

So why are we in this business?

Because we don’t do any of those things.

Our Gold Service is our philosophy.


We are relationship builders not salesmen. We do not send our clients to meetings for the sake of it. We are not rewarded by the amount of meetings, we are rewarded by quality.

Process


What we do is that we spend physical time with our clients on an in depth fact finding tour getting to know what makes them tick, what they want to achieve and even what keeps them awake at night.
From this we identify what companies they want to reach and we source the data.
We cleanse the data by speaking with the individuals and get their permission to send them an e-mail. We do not send an e-mail without permission.
We build a highly branded e-mail and we construct the message to be sent. We usually put in four stories about our clients offerings.

We send the e-mail and we monitor what happens to it.

Our statistics show we have an open rate of 40%. Compare that to snail mail less than 1% and spam 10%.

We then have a dialogue with the target and build a realationship with them for you. We then send you to a quality meeting.


We get between 5 and 10 appointments made with people willing and able to buy per day!
It works.

We dilute this service on each stage by removing one element but the success is also diluted.

Rewards


How are we rewarded by a mixture of retainer and carrot.


We have a monthly fee to cover our costs. Our profits come from your success. If you have a meeting that you are satisfied was not a waste of time we take a fee. If you ultimately close the deal we take a share of the turnover for the next 6 months of your contract with your client.
We do not sign you up for a long term, our contracts are for 3 months only, our clients stay with us typically for 6, when they can’t cope with anymore work!
